*Please note all sales are final on limited edition and licensed products and on all purchases during sales. Exchanges for these special products are only available for damaged goods.*
At NeNeBoo Cosmetics LTD we not only want to reach your expectations, we want to exceed them!
Our cosmetics contain the finest formulations and we've worked hard to carry your perfect color match – but we understand matching skin tones to online products is tough.
With that in mind, NeNeBoo offers a full 30 Day Exchange or Return Policy (excluding sample sets and final sale items).
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you'd like to exchange your products, please send them back and let us know what you'd like instead. If returning an item, please note that all returns will be subject to a €3 re-stocking fee. Also, please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you received damaged products we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 5 business days for prompt handling of your concerns. All damaged licensed products will need to be returned before we can ship out a replacement.
When requesting to return or exchange items, you must have proof of purchase, such as your order number or a copy of your receipt. In most cases, we will also request photos of the item(s) in question for our records, especially if the item is damaged. If you have thrown away your proof of purchase and/or the items you are hoping to exchange or be refunded for, we unfortunately cannot accommodate your request. In order to assist you, the items must still be in your possession, since we may need you to return them to us.
NeNeBoo Cosmetics LTD reserves the right to deem return items non-refundable if more than what we consider a reasonable amount of product is used, or missing.
Unfortunately, NeNeBoo Cosmetics LTD is not able to refund or credit original shipping fees or return shipping fees on your package.
Please note all sales are final on sale items, limited edition and licensed products.

2. When shipping an item, we highly recommend tracking and ensuring your return to make sure it arrives as expected.

4. All return refunds are processed within 2-3 business days (minus €3 re-stocking fee). Please allow up to 30 days for purchase credit to appear on your credit statement, as processing times vary by bank.
5. For exchanges, please allow 48 hours processing time. New items are shipped out via Akis Express for Cyprus or Cyprus Post for abroad. The customer is charged for the shipping fee applicable.
6. For damaged items, there is no shipping charge or re-stocking fee.
